Silhouet Recruitment was founded in 1989 in Denmark by a team of three business pioneers who wanted to create effective solutions to help businesses during the recruitment process. Using simple methods they were able to offer effective ways to improve recruitment processes while also working with businesses to help with the personal development of their employees.
In 1997 Peter Buch, one of the original founders, moved to England and started helping UK businesses with all aspects of recruitment. To this day Silhouet Recruitment remains an independent family-run business and has helped place over 1000 job applicants.
At Silhouet we specialise in recruitment in the areas of Sales, Admin, Finance, Buyers, Engineers, HR, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Buyers, Managers and Directors. We are also highly trained in the fields of personality testing and profile analysis for recruitment.
